Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Volume set.
Volume set extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle and generally last two to four weeks before noticeable shedding. Scheduling refills every two to three weeks maintains density and keeps the look fresh, considering lifestyle and aftercare influence longevity.
When applied by certified technicians using proper isolation and weight-appropriate fans, Volume sets protect natural lashes. Avoid heavy glue buildup and aggressive removal. Regular fills and gentle care minimize stress, preventing long-term damage while preserving lash health.
Keep lashes dry for the first twenty-four hours, then gently cleanse with an oil-free cleanser and brush with a clean spoolie. Avoid rubbing, steam, and oil-based products to extend wear. Sleep on your back and attend routine refills.
Avoid oil-based makeup and removers because oils break down adhesive bonds. Water-based mascara formulated for extensions is acceptable for sparse touch-ups, but frequent mascara increases buildup and shortens retention; consult us for safe product recommendations.
Initial Volume set appointments typically take ninety to one hundred fifty minutes, including consultation, mapping, and meticulous application of multi-lash fans. Timing varies with desired volume, natural lash condition, and any necessary prep or lash tinting.
We recommend refill appointments every two to three weeks to maintain consistent volume and shape. Timing depends on your natural lash shedding, sleep habits, and aftercare. Our technicians assess growth patterns and advise a personalized refill plan during your visit.
