Typically extensions last 3–6 weeks depending on natural lash cycle and daily care. We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks for fullness, or 3–4 weeks for lighter maintenance. Individual results vary with lifestyle, oil exposure, and aftercare.
When applied and removed correctly by trained technicians, extensions should not cause damage. Proper isolation and lightweight lashes minimize stress. Avoid picking at lashes and follow aftercare. If you have underlying lash issues, consult our technicians for a gentle, tailored approach.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. Skip caffeine before appointment to reduce eye twitching. Bring inspiration photos if desired. Tell your technician about allergies or recent eye procedures for a safe, customized application.
Generally mascara isn’t required; extensions provide fullness and curl. If you choose mascara, use water-based formulas designed for extensions and apply only to tips. Avoid waterproof or oil-based mascaras that can weaken adhesive and shorten extension longevity.
A full set typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on style—classic being quicker, volume and mega volume requiring more time. Refills take 45–90 minutes. We schedule accordingly to ensure meticulous application and comfortable service.
Avoid oil-based cleansers, steam, and rubbing for 48 hours. Gently brush lashes daily with a spoolie, wash with an extension-safe foam cleanser, and sleep on your back if possible. Schedule regular refills to replace shedding lashes and preserve overall fullness.
