Most clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart. Skin tone, hair color and hormones influence the exact number and occasional maintenance treatments may be needed for long-term control.

Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment; avoid waxing, plucking or bleaching for weeks. Skip sun exposure and tanning, and disclose medications or skin treatments to your technician please.

Temporary redness, swelling or mild irritation are common and usually resolve within days. Rare risks include pigment changes or blistering; a patch test and proper aftercare significantly minimize complications overall.
