- Cleanse 3 to 5 times a week (daily if you wear makeup or work a sweaty job). Use a lash-safe foam, fingertips only, and rinse well.
- Pat dry, don’t rub. A clean towel and gentle pressure. Rubbing twists fans and stresses your natural lash.
- Brush once a day with a clean spoolie. Quick and light. If you’re brushing a lot, something’s off and we should adjust your routine.
- Skip oil-based remover and heavy eye cream at night. If you love a rich moisturizer, keep it on the orbital bone and away from the lash line.
- Be smart with steam. Avoid long hot showers right after your appointment. If you’re a sauna person, plan it for later in the week and keep your face out of direct steam when you can.
- Hard water tip for Windsor: if you notice buildup, do a final rinse with filtered water and pat dry. It’s a small move that helps a lot.
